14 days reflection period - Consumer

You have 14 days to withdraw from your ink and toner purchase. Within these 14 days, you can cancel the purchase. Always contact us if you wish to return your products!

Withdrawal period

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement via an unambiguous statement (for example, in writing, by post or email). You can use the model withdrawal form (PDF) sent to you by us for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive all payments made up to that point, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs due to your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.For this refund, we do not charge any fees. We may wait to process the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, depending on which occurs first.

You must return the goods without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from the agreement to us. You are timely if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired.

You are only liable for the reduction in value of the goods resulting from use that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
